Terms of use

Last updated 2 October 2026

These terms apply when you use CSGrind (CS2 player profiles, match analysis and Neok demo checks). By using the site you accept them. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy notice.

The service

  • CSGrind shows Counter-Strike 2 statistics from match demos we analysed and from public Steam and FACEIT data.
  • CSGrind is free, provided as it is, and may change or stop without notice. We don't promise that every match can be imported: Valve decides which demos it publishes and keeps them for about a month.
  • CSGrind is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve or FACEIT.

Neok results

  • Neok is our analysis of match demos. Its results are not proof that anyone cheated, and no result means a player is guaranteed to play fair.
  • A reviewed finding means two CSGrind reviewers could not explain certain recorded input patterns. It is an opinion based on the evidence shown, which you can check yourself.
  • Don't use CSGrind results to harass, threaten or publicly accuse anyone.

Your account

  • You sign in with your own Steam account. Only connect match history and upload demos for matches you are entitled to share.
  • Keep your match-history authentication code private; paste it only on our Connect page. You can revoke it on Steam at any time.
  • You can hide your profile or delete your account from the account page.

Acceptable use

Don't:

  • scrape or bulk-download the site, or get around rate limits;
  • try to access other people's accounts, admin pages or internal services;
  • upload files that are not CS2 demos, or that you don't have the right to share;
  • use the site to build lists of players to target.

We may limit or close access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Liability

We work to keep the data correct, but statistics can be wrong, for example because a demo was parsed incorrectly. To the extent Danish law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by using or relying on the site.

Law

These terms are governed by Danish law.

Contact and data errors

To report a data error on a match page (a wrong player, round or score), or anything else about these terms, write to the contact address that will be published here before public launch. This address is not for reporting cheating: report players to Valve or FACEIT.
